Application
Used as reagents and catalysts in the polymerization of hydrocarbons.
Its optical direct band gap and indirect band gap are 1.2~1.5eV and 1.0~1.1eV, respectively, which have a good spectral match with the visible light in solar radiation, and are very suitable for use as a light absorbing layer in solar cells. Potential solar cell materials.
