Monel Alloy
Montoner's alloy, also known as MONEL, is a nickel -copper alloy, containing up to 67 % nickel, 28 % copper and 5 % of other ingredients, such as iron, manganese, carbon and silicon. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, and is widely used in the fields of aerospace, marine engineering, chemical industry and other fields. Hardness: The hardness of Montoner's alloy depends on its heat treatment status and use conditions. It can enhance its hardness and strength through heat treatment and cold processing. Mechanics performance: Montoner alloy has excellent mechanical properties. Its yield strength is 240 mPa, tensile strength is 520 mPa, and the elongation rate is 40 %. Mechanical properties: Montoner's alloy has good mechanical properties and has good durability in high temperature and corrosive environments. Features: Montoner's alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand a variety of strong acids and strong alkali corrosion. In addition, it also has good processing and weldability.
