Antimony Sputtering Targets (Sb) Information

Antimony, element symbol Sb, atomic number 51, is a silver-white, shiny, hard and brittle metal (often made into various shapes such as rods, blocks, powders, etc.). It has a scaly crystal structure. It gradually loses its luster in humid air, and burns into white antimony oxide under strong heat. Easily soluble in aqua regia and soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid. The relative density is 6.68, the melting point is 630°C, the boiling point is 1635°C, the atomic radius is 1.28Å, and the electronegativity is 2.2.

Our antimony target is up to 99.999% and is annealed by sintering process. Low gas content and uniform particle size distribution.

The application fields of antimonytargetsare mainly in manufacturing industries, such as metallurgy, steel, aerospace, and can also be used to manufacture various electronic components, such as batteries, light bulbs, and chips. Antimony is also commonly used in the chemical industry, for example in the production of various coatings and paints.

We sell these different shape antimony metal materials by unit weight or piece for different use in research area and for new proprietary technologies.Actual prices can vary and may be higher or lower, as determined by availability and market fluctuations.
