Iron Master Alloy (Fe)
A master alloy is a special alloy that uses a metal as a matrix and adds one or several elements into it to solve problems such as the element being easy to burn, having a high melting point and being difficult to melt into, having a high density and easily segregating, or to improve the properties of the alloy. It is an additive functional material.
Products can be processed and customized, and there are differences according to different materials and specifications.

The master alloy has complex composition and various varieties. It is designed according to the composition and special requirements of the metal materials to be smelted. It is required for the smelting of steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, magnetic alloys, aluminum alloys and other non-ferrous metal materials. A base alloy and additives, it cannot be used directly as a metal material. Compared with the elements to be added, master alloys generally have lower melting points, faster dissolution rates, more stable yields, and stronger abilities to improve alloy properties. Therefore, master alloys can be used as elements in the alloy production process. Accurate addition and composition adjustment, grain refinement, modification treatment, purification treatment, deoxygenation and desulfurization treatment, solid solution hardening, etc. are widely used in the metal industry.
