Incoloy


Incoloy is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy designed to resist oxidation and carbonization at elevated temperatures. Similar to Inconel alloy, it has good corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and heat resistance.

Incoloy alloys can be divided into various series. Common ones include Incoloy 800 series, Incoloy 825 series, Incoloy 800H series, Incoloy 800HT series and Incoloy 901 series. Among them, Incoloy 800 series is the most widely used alloy. Its main components are nickel, iron, chromium and other elements, and has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.

 Characteristic:

Good corrosion resistance: Incoloy alloy has strong resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salt solutions, seawater, etc., especially the corrosion performance of sulfuric acid and nitric acid is even better.

High temperature strength: Incoloy alloy maintains good mechanical properties and strength at high temperatures and can withstand heavy loads in high temperature and high pressure environments.

Good heat resistance: Incoloy alloy is not easy to soften and deform at high temperatures, and can maintain high stiffness and stability.

Easy to process: Incoloy alloy can be manufactured through a variety of processing methods, including forging, drawing, rolling, etc., and can be made into parts of various complex shapes.
