Overview
Physical and chemical properties:
Copper-gold powder is obtained by melting, atomizing, ball milling and polishing copper-zinc alloy. It has a higher golden luster, heavier texture, weaker covering power, and poorer ability to reflect light and heat than aluminum powder;
Variety: There are four color varieties: red light, cyan light, cyan-red light, and pure copper powder;
Particle size: 220 mesh, 400 mesh, 800 mesh, and 1000 mesh.
Usage requirements: Use a neutral dispensing agent, which should be adjusted as needed to prevent evaporation of the dispensing agent and discoloration. The surface of the gold printed object should be smooth and clean, or it should be primed with gold paint to make the surface of the printed object bright and delicate, with a strong imitation of gold, strong weather resistance, and a high printing rate. In order to prevent acid and alkali contact, the printing gold must be protected by varnish cleaning.
